Good but busy

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

My mum really enjoyed meeting Dr Tom Maclaren. He was very friendly and patient and was able to put her at ease. The memory assessment was thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The prescribed medication is also making a difference. We had to chase on the initial appointment and report so these aspects could be improved. However, we would have no hesitation recommending the clinic.

Fantastically ran hospital with amazing and caring staff. I cannot fault anything regarding my recent inpatient stay at The Wellington.

Very friendly atmosphere.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

The facilities were excellent and clean. Admissions procedures well communicated and efficient. Medical nursing and physio care was excellent. Post discharge support clearly communicated.

Waiting time was just a couple of minutes and staff are friendly
