We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.
