Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

The appointment was right on time, Njma Abdallah did a great job of explaining the process and was kind and considerate every step of the way. If I had any fears for the blood test, they disappeared! Nima was an absolute star.

I was greeted and seen on time by Habayeb. I was a bit nervous but Habayeb put my mind at ease and explained in detail exactly what she was doing and explained what to expect during my appointment. She had a very calm and caring manner and it was a very pleasant experience - thank you Habayeb.

The hospital was easy to reach and I didn’t have to wait for long before my appointment. Everyone was kind and willing to help. A volunteer also escorted me to the right elevator. Only problem were the bathrooms. They were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.
