Great experience, process was fast and smooth including the registration at the reception. Receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person I have ever met, however overall was a great experience

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

It was an excellent experience given the circumstances and the way it started/could have ended.
