Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

Staff were friendly and kept us updated on waiting times.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
