I am an accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, with over 20 years' experience and holding qualifications in:

EMDR Therapy, Trauma Informed Psychotherapy, Adult Sexual Violence & Childhood Sexual Abuse, Adolescent Psychotherapy and Supervision & Reflective Practice.

As an experienced trauma therapist I specialise in:

Traumatic wounding, including childhood trauma/abuse, sexual violence, mental health difficulties, anxiety, depression, dissociation, PTSD, panic attacks, self-harming behaviours, relationship issues, work-related stress and dilemmas.

My approach to therapy is one of compassionate, client-centred interventions, tailored to each individual's needs, with a strong emphasis on healing, wellbeing, and long-term personal growth. I prioritise offering a safe relational space to support you work through  any issues you may have.
