Tom Cullinan is a compassionate and experienced counsellor offering confidential support to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges. An accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Tom graduated from The Counselling Centre Training Institute in Cork in 2007 with a Diploma in Counselling.
Tom takes an Integrative Humanistic approach to therapy, drawing on Person-Centred, CBT, and Rogerian models to tailor support to each client’s unique needs. He works with issues such as addiction, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and work-related concerns.
