Excellent care for chalazion removal. I can't recommend Dr. O'Regan highly enough. I'd been dealing with a stubborn chalazion that hadn't responded to warm compresses, and from the moment I walked in, the whole experience put me at ease. Dr. O'Regan took the time to explain exactly what a chalazion is, why it forms, and what the removal procedure would involve — no rushing, no jargon, just clear and patient communication. The procedure itself was quick and far less uncomfortable than I expected. The local anesthetic was administered gently, and Dr. O'Regan talked me through each step so there were no surprises. Recovery has been smooth, with clear aftercare instructions and a follow-up plan in case of any issues. What really stood out was the bedside manner — attentive, reassuring, and genuinely invested in a good outcome rather than just moving on to the next patient. I had a very positive experience. The ladies that did my eye exam were so professional and kind. They know their stuff. Then with Dr. Shane it was the same. He was thorough and caring and allayed any concerns I had. He was able to tell me exactly what my problem was and I feel secure that any changes can be monitored and followed through should the need arise.

I went in very worried and nervous the doctor immediately put me at ease I'll never forget his professionalism and kindness, all the staff were exceptional.
