Very relaxed and super informative, answer all my questions before I even got to ask. Very professional and very obvious genuine passion for his work and specialty. Going for a follow up procedure today and feeling very confident about the care I will receive.
Excellent service, very professional, caring, and thorough throughout the consultation. I felt comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended!
Dr O’Regan was very personable and have lots of time to listen, explain and opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel rushed and came away confident that Dr O’Regan was fully in control of managing the ocular inflammation causing my severe dry eyes.
Thorough, professional and very reassuring care given by Mr O Regan and other staff members
My visit was with Dry Eye Macular Degeneration. I was delt with by professional staff all round. Dr O Regan explained by condition very clearly to me. Answered my questions. Put my mind at ease in a very informative way. Yes I would highly recommend this practice.
Excellent care for chalazion removal. I can't recommend Dr. O'Regan highly enough. I'd been dealing with a stubborn chalazion that hadn't responded to warm compresses, and from the moment I walked in, the whole experience put me at ease. Dr. O'Regan took the time to explain exactly what a chalazion is, why it forms, and what the removal procedure would involve — no rushing, no jargon, just clear and patient communication. The procedure itself was quick and far less uncomfortable than I expected. The local anesthetic was administered gently, and Dr. O'Regan talked me through each step so there were no surprises. Recovery has been smooth, with clear aftercare instructions and a follow-up plan in case of any issues. What really stood out was the bedside manner — attentive, reassuring, and genuinely invested in a good outcome rather than just moving on to the next patient. The clinic staff were also friendly and efficient, making the whole visit low-stress. If you're dealing with a chalazion or any other eyelid issue, I'd trust Dr. O'Regan without hesitation. Five stars, well earned.
I had a very positive experience. The ladies that did my eye exam were so professional and kind. They know their stuff. Then with Dr. Shane it was the same. He was thorough and caring and allayed any concerns I had. He was able to tell me exactly what my problem was and I feel secure that any changes can be monitored and followed through should the need arise.
I went in very worried and nervous the doctor immediately put me at ease I'll never forget his professionalism and kindness, all the staff were exceptional.
Shane is a highly skilled consultant ophthalmologist with expertise in both comprehensive ophthalmology and diseases of the retina. He is hard working, compassionate and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for his patients. Highly recommended.
