Ms Sabrina Doran

Sabrina is an intergrative counsellor, a qualified psychotherapist and Professional Certified Couples Counsellor. My practice is built on a foundation of professional training, real life experience helping clients navigate complex issues.

Specialisations include: Relationship & Couples therapy, developmental trauma & healing past hurts, infidelity & betrayal recovery, Communication & Conflict navigation, Gender based domestic abuse.

Her therapeutic work also extends to areas including addiction recovery, anxiety, codependency, divorce, mood disorders, self-esteem, stress, and trauma. Sabrina draws on a range of approaches tailored to each client, including attachment-based, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy, family systems, internal family systems (IFS), person-centred, and trauma-informed approach

In addition to her private practice, she works with Relationship Care in Dublin and the Men’s Development Network. She offers sessions from clinic rooms in Limerick City and County, as well as online, providing flexible access to therapy.

Sabrina’s work is centred on helping individuals and couples understand relationship patterns, manage conflict, and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and each other.
