I have been going to Maxwell since I was 12 years old, half of my life and almost my entire sports career. As physiotherapists and sports performance coaches Rob is the best you'll find. Not only Rob look after my body, working with my training and competition schedule, he has built my athleticism from the ground up with thorough evidence based plans, he really has gave me the best shot. Arguably the best thing about Rob, he also always ensures I am looked after as a person, not just an athlete, with a careful eye on training load management and fatigue.

Remarkable experience, gave great time to solving the issues then came out with a clear plan. Very able to think outside the box and adapt to ongoing flares/issues
