About Ms Eilise Everard

Eilise Everard is a Chartered and state-registered physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2019. She built upon her foundational training by spending five years working in Perth, Australia, where she gained extensive experience in private practice and developed strong expertise in the neuromusculoskeletal field.

She now works across both clinical practice and sports settings, including her role as Sports Physiotherapist for the GAA Dublin Ladies Development Squad. In this capacity, she supports athlete performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation within a competitive sporting environment.

Eilise has completed advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription, allowing her to provide a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal care. She is also a certified Stages Flight Indoor Cycling Instructor.

Her clinical approach focuses on combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes to help patients recover from injury, improve function and achieve their individual health and performance goals.
