Both myself and my daughter see Colin. My daughter has an ASD diagnosis woth selective mutism and high sensory need, and parenting her as a single parent can be challenging. Colin gelps both us through this process and provides support.
A very effective therapist, balances support with challenge and always moves at the client's pace
Colin is an excellent clinician. He is able to connect genuinely and deliver compassionate, nonjudgmental care.
My last visit was with my wife for marital problems, she decided not to continue. I found it helpful.
Colin is a very warm and understanding person. He explains things in a very clear and easy to follow way. He brings clarity to thoughts and actions in a non-judgmental and helpful manner. Colin gave practical guidance and tools to navigate and improve my mental health during a very difficult time. After working with Colin I understand myself much better and I now know how to manage my own difficult emotions and can cope in healthier ways.
Colin has really helped me overcome fears and anxieties stemming from past relationships. He made me feel truly understood and heard, and taught me how to be more compassionate toward myself, helping me catch it when I start sinking into my inner self-critic. I really am in a stronger place through our conversations.
Colin was empathetic and understanding. He considered both the emotional and rational aspects of my experience. His outside perspective offered fresh insight and helped me view the situation more objectively.
Colin is a gentleman both my children and I had great sessions and got amazing help. We never felt rushed or uneasy from the first appointment
I would recommend Colin 100%. If you are looking to talk to a professional who is caring, empathetic, down to earth, and a true gentleman, he is your guy.Colin holds an encyclopaedia of knowledge around his profession which is quite remarkable. He has helped me tackle my childhood trauma and daily challenges. Colin will always hold a special place in my heart for helping me become a better version of myself.
When I first met Colin, my husband and I couldn’t be in the same room without conflict. After just a few sessions, we were at least able to talk. Fast-forward nearly four years, and we’re still together and very happy. My advice is to trust the process—it really does work. I had seen four counsellors before Colin and had almost given up. He was our last chance, and four years later, we’re still together. If your partner disengages, don’t give up. Continue attending counselling, as I’m living proof that it can work even when one partner steps back. I’d also recommend regular check-in appointments, even when things are going well.
