2gether Online is an online mental health and mediation service dedicated to providing continuity of care to its clients. Recognising the frustrations expressed by individuals regarding other mental health services, where the termination of free sessions meant losing access to their counsellor, 2gether Online sought to address this issue. They understood that having to retell one's story to a new therapist can be emotionally taxing and exacerbate anxiety and stress, hindering the therapeutic process.

In response to this need, 2gether Online was established with a commitment to removing session limits with therapists. Clients are encouraged to maintain their therapeutic relationship for as long as necessary, fostering continuity of care and minimising the emotional strain of starting anew. As a not-for-profit organisation, 2gether Online ensures that clients can access their therapist for a fair fee.

The service firmly believes that continuity of care is vital for maintaining motivation and achieving successful outcomes in therapy. By prioritising the well-being of both clients and therapists, 2gether Online fosters a culture of care and empathy. All therapists at 2gether Online are members of recognised professional bodies, including the IACP, IAHIP, BACP, FTAI, and APCP, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
