My experience was excellent as everything explained and carried out with great efficiency.

I had an outstanding experience at the Bon Secours Hospital for a recent gastroscopy. From arrival to departure, the attention and kindness shown by all the staff was exceptional. The procedure itself was rapid and remarkably painless—any slight discomfort was entirely expected and minimal. A special thank you to Dr. Hall, Marie, and Alice, who were absolutely wonderful. Their engaging, explanatory, and comforting approach made a massive difference. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and his fantastic team.

Attended for a scope, which was quick and relatively comfortable as such a procedure can be. Only disappointing thing was the timing late afternoon and ultimately my procedure was over 2 hours after check-in time. So this added to dehydration and additional fasting time. The preparation instructions had me up very early that day to start the second round and I suggest could be revisited to reflect the likely procedure time.

I had a colonopsy with Dr. Barry Hall last Tuesday morning and was very impressed with the whole procedure. His professionalism is second to none, he put me at ease by explaining the procedure beforehand and his follow up afterwards.

Friendly and professional from start to finish

Over all the visit was good but confused after arriving on time to check in and waiting for name to be called which was later than scheduled appointment time.

Barry Hall could not have been any more professional. He explained all and a lovely bedside manner.

Re: 194-OGD/Gastroscopy, my preference was for no sedation. This allowed me to leave immediately after procedure, reduce time in the favility, Bons. The team were very helpful to support this procedure. Thanks to all involved.

Ciara on reception and all the nurses especially Michelle (her badge said she’s a chatter) were incredible. I only met Mr Hall after my son’s procedure. He was very nice and showed us images and explained his findings. I would have liked a little more info on what I should do to help my son manage his condition but overall I’m very very happy with the service and care we received. I would highly recommend Mr Hall and all the Bons Endoscopy team. Thank you all so much.
