TheNoseClinic is a specialist rhinoplasty clinic in Dublin led by Consultant Otolaryngologist, Dr Munish Shandilya. Dr Shandilya completed his specialist training through the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland and its Higher Surgical Training Scheme. Holding the Intercollegiate Fellowship in Otolaryngology, he further honed his expertise in Rhinoplasty surgery during a clinical Fellowship training under the guidance of Professor Nolst Trenite, the President of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) in Amsterdam. Dr Shandilya is a member of the Irish Medical Council's Specialist Register and represents Ireland as the National Delegate to the EAFPS. 

TheNoseClinic offers a comprehensive range of services, beginning with an initial consultation. During this session, Dr Shandilya takes the time to understand patients' aspirations and dislikes and explains the anatomy of the nose to the patient through clear computer graphics. Surgical steps and their impact on shape and healing are thoroughly discussed, providing the patient with essential knowledge of their procedure.

Dr Shandilya's research interests in Rhinoplasty surgery further contribute to TheNoseClinic's reputation. His research focuses on 3D evaluation of the face in patient education, conservative paediatric rhinoplasty, nasal fracture management, acute septoplasty, and augmentation rhinoplasty. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals in these areas.
