Life Fit Physio

Life Fit Physio is a physiotherapy practice based in Ballygarvan, Cork. The clinic provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint, muscle, ligament, and tendon-related issues, as well as back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain presentations.

The practice is led by a Chartered Physiotherapist and CORU-registered practitioner who also holds a background in nutritional science. The clinician completed a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and has gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including work within the NHS and private practice.

Life Fit Physio provides a range of services alongside physiotherapy, including shockwave therapy for stubborn injuries, movement-based rehabilitation programmes, physio-led bike fitting, metabolic gas analysis, and structured exercise and personal training services. These services support both injury management and performance-focused outcomes.

Treatment approaches include manual therapy, shockwave therapy, soft tissue techniques, dry needling and exercise-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual clinical needs.  The use of an exercise prescription app (Physitrack) for the patient to use at home leads to a greater exercise compliancy rate.  A biopsychosocial approach is also used to support recovery and long-term management.
