FP Dublin is hands down the best place in the country for anyone dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and exercise better. The knowledge, attention to detail, and level of care from every practitioner there is far beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. They genuinely go above and beyond to support and help their clients. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything they’ve done for me. If you’re struggling with pain or injury, or you just want a smarter, more effective approach to training and movement, I couldn’t recommend FP Dublin highly enough.

These are the best trainers in the country, period. Whether it is short or long term injury recovery, improving athleticism, movement quality, movement efficiency. If you haven't experienced it, you need to. You will immediately understand why your previous training methods & exercises were ineffective. I have been training with them for years and I am still impressed by what they can do. If you have any doubts about what you are currently doing, give these lads a visit.

Training with the team at Functional Patterns Dublin has been an absolute pleasure over past few years. Beforehand, I was going in circles between practicing sports and getting injured, and had basically given up on going to the gym due to the pain I experienced during traditional lifting and running. I started in FP with an initial assessment with Tom, then I completed the 10 week online course before progressing onto the Functional Training System online program. After this I returned to Tom and have been attending the clinic periodically for 1:1 sessions since. The team at FP Dublin are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field. I have learned so much about how quality of movement affects our day to day lives while making noticeable changes to my own posture and gait. I have taken up new sports and can run regularly again. I visit the gym a couple of times a week now to practice specific exercises targeted to my own needs and my body has never felt better so consistently as a result. The practitioners are always there for you for any questions or guidance needed in between 1:1s also, so you never feel lost in the process. I’d recommend this practice to anybody interested in living optimally day to day, and also for any athletic individuals aiming to squeeze out additional gains in performance.

Tom helped me overcome chronic hip pain after 2 years of trying physios and online rehab programs with little success. The FP Dublin crew helped me understand the root cause of the pain and guided me through the process step by step. I’m now pain free and moving better than I have in years. I’ve been seeing Renata at functional patterns dublin for 4 sessions now and I can honestly say she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything so clearly, which really helped me understand what was going on with my body and why certain patterns or issues were happening. What I really appreciate is how thorough and attentive she is — you never feel rushed, and she takes the time to make sure you fully understand the exercises and the reasoning behind them. I’ve already noticed improvements and feel much more aware of my movement and posture

I had a long term injury, trying multiple methods of recovery. This is the first time I can say I am pain free and back running consistently. I had a great experience - the guys were very professional, friendly and informative. A new way to approach the recovery, it got me back to my best - where older methods have failed.
