First IVF

Where do i start, myself and my husband have been doing fertillity treatment for many years and with different clinics. But first ivf clinic has been the only one to truely listen to us, they have made us feel more then just a number. The team from prof ray, dr harriet and all the nursing staff and admin staff are professional, caring and most importantly treat each case individually. They have been so supportive with us through the ups and downs and i truely believe they care about are success as much as we do. I couldnt recommend them enough. It has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a IVF clinic , the staff was just amazing so friendly and knowledgeable, Harriet played a key role in making me feel at ease, I always find scans to be the hardest part in the process, but she was so professional and understanding. You do get the feeling that all the staff just want the best outcome for you .

The whole team was amazing, we always felt well looked after. Everyone working there is so knowledgeable, and friendly I never felt like just a number, like you do in bigger clinics. I appreciated the fact that I was treated as an individual not just a number on a blood test . I always felt well heard. Thank you all for the amazing work you do.
