After moving from a previous clinic where we felt unsatisfied with the level of care and lack of empathy, our experience with First IVF has been completely different. From the start, we have felt heard and valued. treatment plans and consultations are clearly explained and followed up with detailed emails, ensuring we fully understand each step. All our questions and concerns are addressed promptly, and every member of staff is polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and appointments are arranged quickly and flexibly. We finally feel supported on our journey.

I have only good things to say about First IVF Clane. I came through the Rotunda HSE portal and placed First IVF Clane as my number one and I can honestly say its one of the best decisions I've made on this fertility journey. I had a very short wait time between the Rotunda referral and my first contact to set up my appointment with Professor Ray O' Sullivan. Me and my partner met Ray and I was impressed with him from Day 1. It was clear he had reviewed my medical history in detail prior to our consultation and this filled me with great confidence. He has a fantastic balance of professionalism and kindness which has made every interaction with him very easy. At times when I had very specific questions related to my medical history he would always follow up with a detailed explanation which again put my mind at ease. The staff I meet at every appointment in First IVF Clane are fantastic. Charlene at the front desk is very kind and welcoming which makes the initial walk in that bit easier. She is extremely efficient which makes the paperwork for time off work very easy and accessible. Jenny takes my bloods and is present for scans. She is an extremely kind soul. Her presence and chats always put me at ease before scans. Harriet lead my scans initially and she has always been the utmost professional. Both herself and Jenny were extremely kind to me when my cycle had to be cancelled. Those are the moments you dont forget and ill be forever grateful for them at that particular time.
