After moving from a previous clinic where we felt unsatisfied with the level of care and lack of empathy, our experience with First IVF has been completely different. From the start, we have felt heard and valued. treatment plans and consultations are clearly explained and followed up with detailed emails, ensuring we fully understand each step. All our questions and concerns are addressed promptly, and every member of staff is polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and appointments are arranged quickly and flexibly. We finally feel supported on our journey.

I have only good things to say about First IVF Clane. I came through the Rotunda HSE portal and placed First IVF Clane as my number one and I can honestly say its one of the best decisions I've made on this fertility journey. I had a very short wait time between the Rotunda referral and my first contact to set up my appointment with Professor Ray O' Sullivan. Me and my partner met Ray and I was impressed with him from Day 1. It was clear he had reviewed my medical history in detail prior to our consultation and this filled me with great confidence. He has a fantastic balance of professionalism and kindness which has made every interaction with him very easy. At times when I had very specific questions related to my medical history he would always follow up with a detailed explanation which again put my mind at ease. The staff I meet at every appointment in First IVF Clane are fantastic. Charlene at the front desk is very kind and welcoming which makes the initial walk in that bit easier. She is extremely efficient which makes the paperwork for time off work very easy and accessible. Jenny takes my bloods and is present for scans. She is an extremely kind soul. Her presence and chats always put me at ease before scans. Harriet lead my scans initially and she has always been the utmost professional. Both herself and Jenny were extremely kind to me when my cycle had to be cancelled. Those are the moments you dont forget and ill be forever grateful for them at that particular time. Very professional staff at the Clinic from my very first contact.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at First IVF. From the very first consultation to the successful outcome of my treatment, the team provided an exceptional level of personalized care and support. What truly stood out was how attentive and compassionate everyone was—from the reception staff to the nurses, embryologists, and doctors. They took the time to understand my journey, answer all my questions, and make me feel valued and supported every step of the way. The level of expertise and professionalism was evident throughout my treatment, but what made the biggest difference was how tailored and reassuring the care felt. Where do i start, myself and my husband have been doing fertillity treatment for many years and with different clinics. But first ivf clinic has been the only one to truely listen to us, they have made us feel more then just a number. The team from prof ray, dr harriet and all the nursing staff and admin staff are professional, caring and most importantly treat each case individually. They have been so supportive with us through the ups and downs and i truely believe they care about are success as much as we do. I couldnt recommend them enough. The whole team was amazing, we always felt well looked after. Everyone working there is so knowledgeable, and friendly I never felt like just a number, like you do in bigger clinics. It has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a IVF clinic , the staff was just amazing so friendly and knowledgeable, Harriet played a key role in making me feel at ease, I always find scans to be the hardest part in the process, but she was so professional and understanding. You do get the feeling that all the staff just want the best outcome for you .
