Dr. O'Sullivan couldn't have been nicer to us. He explained everything very clearly and listened to all of our information. He also carefully explained any questions or concerns that we had. He really put us both at ease.

I honestly can't say enough good things about First IVF in Clane. From the very first appointment, the entire team made me feel supported, heard, and cared for. Charlene was usually my first point of contact and so empathetic and supportive from the very outset. I travelled quite a distance for my appointments, and she always had such a warm welcome for me. Prof Ray O’Sullivan and Dr Conor Harrity are not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. Prof O’Sullivan was my consultant and although such a daunting process, there was always time for some light-hearted banter to ease my fears. The nurses and staff were absolute angels — always ready to answer a million questions. I cannot remember everyone’s names, but a few people who I met in-person or liaised with on phone calls and emails were Kathleen, June, Jenny, Harriet, Una, Javier and Fred! Although on a solo journey, I have never felt alone with this team around me.

First IVF is our second clinic to try and wish we had gone with them first. Since day one walking in we felt very welcomed, relaxed and when meeting the nurses they have a calming presence and we had some laughs with them. They did everything possible to get our cycle to work we felt the care from them and they were honest every step which we loved. We couldn’t recommend first ivf enough.

All the staff both clinical and non clinical made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Despite having to undergo an internal scan, this was very comfortably undertaken, with the professional involving me though out and with ensuring she educated me which was both reassuring and appreciated.

My consult with Harriot was the first time in a long time that i have felt listened to and fully understood. very clear and considerate advice.

The doctor I saw was reassuring and explained everything well, in terms of potential causes of recurrent miscarriage and potential treatment options we could focus on. But the mixed messages I received from clinic staff prior to getting this appointment made the whole experience quite stressful.
