Mr. Husien is extensively trained in neurosurgery and spinal surgery through the College of Medicine of South Africa and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, complemented by two high-level spinal fellowships in complex spinal deformity, trauma, revision surgery and neurosurgical spinal procedures. His clinical approach integrates meticulous diagnostics, modern surgical methods and a strong commitment to patient education.

My experience was really good. My surgery was a success and my follow up was thorough. The physio Mr brian crinnon was excellent. Overall i couldnt fault it.
I have had two back surgeries with Mr. Ben Husien, and the care I received was outstanding. From the very beginning, he was incredibly clear about the surgical steps, what to expect during recovery, and the overall outcomes. What really stood out was how empathetic and understanding he was. He truly listened to my concerns and helped ease my worries both before and after my procedures. I felt completely supported throughout the entire process. If you need a spinal specialist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring, I cannot recommend Mr. Husien enough.
Mr Husien completed a micro discectomy for me after referral from my GP. His warm manner, direct approach and professionalism were hugely reassuring. He explained the surgery process (what he'd do) and the various risks really clearly. The surgery went great and the outcome is off all painkillers for the first time in five months, and in effect restoration of day to day quality of life. Couldn't recommend him more strongly.
Everyone from catering staff to Mr Hussein were lovely to deal with.
I had 2 discs replaced in my neck and spinal fusion of C4,C5 &C6. Mr Husein was very polite during our consultations and made me aware of the risks. The operation went very smoothly and was a success. I’m currently doing physio exercises daily and attending physio monthly for monitoring progress. All in all very happy.
