About Bansda Physiotherapy

Bansda Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a range of musculoskeletal and mobility-related conditions. The clinic focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain and supporting recovery through evidence-based physiotherapy care tailored to individual functional needs.

The practice offers treatment for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, mobility limitations and soft tissue injuries. Care may begin with a detailed physical assessment to identify the cause of symptoms, followed by an individualised treatment plan based on clinical findings and recovery goals.

Services may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, posture correction, mobility training, strength and conditioning support, pain management strategies and guided home exercise programmes. Treatment plans are adapted according to progress, lifestyle demands and any underlying health considerations.

5 star experience and highly recommended. Anisha uses a combination of machines (electro therapy, interferential therapy, ultrasound therapy, shock wave therapy), dry needling and massaging to assist in recovery.
