Bansda Physiotherapy

Ms Anisha Bansda-Chauhan is a CORU-registered and MISCP Chartered Physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and women’s pelvic health.

Anisha graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 2014. She has gained extensive clinical experience across Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Johannesburg, working with a wide range of patients from everyday aches and pains to Sports injuries, Chronic and Acute pain, Women's Pelvic Health and Post-surgical recovery.

Before moving to Ireland, Anisha founded and ran her own successful private physiotherapy clinic in South Africa for eight years. She has also worked as Head Physiotherapist for Raiders Rugby Club during the 2017 Gold Cup, giving her valuable experience in sports injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-play care.

Her treatment approach is patient-centred, thorough and holistic. She takes time to understand each patient’s symptoms, lifestyle and goals before creating an individualised treatment plan. Treatments may include manual therapy, spinal and joint mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, shockwave therapy, electrotherapy, taping, rehabilitation exercises and women’s pelvic health - incontinence physiotherapy.

Anisha is passionate about helping patients feel heard, understood and supported throughout their recovery. Her goal is to reduce pain, improve movement and help each person return to the activities that matter most to them with confidence.
