Dr Dridi earned his medical degree from the National Institute of Graduate Studies and Medical Sciences of Algiers. He then pursued further specialisation in Canada, completing a Master's degree and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Laval University. His postgraduate training includes post-doctoral work in medical genetics at Sherbrooke University and applied genomics training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
