Dr Khalid Alotaibi

Dr Khalid Alotaibi is a dedicated Consultant in Adult Cardiac Surgery, providing comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of heart conditions. He is committed to delivering high standards of medical care, focusing on surgical treatments that improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Dr Alotaibi takes a patient-centred approach, ensuring individuals are fully informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.

His clinical practice encompasses a variety of complex cardiac procedures. Dr Alotaibi has a particular focus on advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted operations, which can lead to faster recovery times for patients. He is skilled in coronary artery bypass grafting, intricate valve repair and replacement surgeries, and procedures for advanced heart failure.

Dr Alotaibi completed advanced fellowships in Canada, further developing his highly specialised skills. He undertook a Clinical Fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Advanced Cardiovascular Surgery at the University of Toronto and a Clinical Fellowship in Heart and Lung Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support at the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Saudi Heart Association.
