Dr Khalid Alkadam

Dr Khalid Alkadam is a Consultant Bariatric, Gastrointestinal, and General Laparoscopic Surgeon. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients, utilising advanced surgical techniques to address a wide range of conditions. Dr Alkadam is committed to delivering patient-centred care for both straightforward and highly complex surgical cases, ensuring a reassuring and professional approach to treatment.

His clinical practice focuses on minimally invasive procedures, including various forms of bariatric surgery such as sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass. He also specialises in advanced laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery for diseases of the stomach and small intestine, treatment for GERD, and the repair of abdominal wall and inguinal hernias. His expertise extends to general surgical procedures like gallbladder removal, as well as managing conditions such as diabetic foot issues.

Dr Alkadam obtained his medical degree from King Saud University. He holds the Saudi Board in General and Laparoscopic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has completed multiple international fellowships, including programmes in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, Upper Gastrointestinal Oncology Surgery, and a fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy and Robotic Surgery in South Korea.
