Dr. Houssam Abtar is a General Surgery Consultant, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Robotic Surgeon with extensive experience in minimally invasive and complex general surgery. He currently practices at Mouwasat Medical Services in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, following nearly nine years of surgical practice at Central Military Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon.

His expertise includes advanced laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, colorectal surgery, bariatric surgery, hernia repair, breast surgery, adrenal surgery, proctology, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, skin cancer surgery, and the management of acute surgical conditions.
