Dr Ghazi Alotaibi

Dr Ghazi Alotaibi is a distinguished Consultant Haematologist, board-certified in both Canada and the United States in internal medicine and haematology. He provides expert care for patients with a wide range of blood disorders, demonstrating a commitment to advancing patient care and contributing to the field of haematology. Dr Alotaibi has a strong focus on plasma cell disorders and is a Mayo Clinic-trained specialist in multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, and dysproteinemia. His clinical expertise also covers other haematological malignancies and conditions such as anaemia, deep vein thrombosis, leukaemia, lymphoma, sepsis, haemophilia, and sickle cell disease. He obtained a PhD in Experimental Medicine from the University of Alberta, where his research focused on the epidemiology of venous thromboembolism. Dr Alotaibi also completed advanced fellowship training in Myeloma, Amyloidosis, and Dysproteinemia at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA. He is a member of the American Society of Haematology and the International Society of Amyloidosis.
