Dr Anmar Faisal is a highly qualified Consultant in General and Colorectal Surgery, dedicated to providing comprehensive surgical care. He specialises in the diagnosis and management of complex diseases affecting the lower gastrointestinal tract, utilising advanced surgical techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes. His approach prioritises minimally invasive methods, such as laparoscopy, to enhance recovery times and reduce post-operative discomfort.

He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from King Saud University before completing the rigorous training required for the Saudi Board of General Surgery. Committed to sub-specialised excellence, he subsequently achieved a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Dr Faisal is an active Member of the American College of Surgeons and the Saudi Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, reflecting his dedication to maintaining international standards of practice.

His clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of conditions, including the surgical treatment of colorectal tumours and inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. He is also highly skilled in managing benign anorectal disorders, including haemorrhoids, anal fissures, fistulas, and pilonidal sinuses. Beyond colorectal care, Dr Faisal performs general surgical procedures for abdominal wall hernias, gallbladder pathologies, and the excision of lipomas and sebaceous cysts.
