Dr Alaa Monjed

Dr Alaa Monjed is a dedicated Consultant in Adult Endocrinology, renowned for her expertise and patient-centred approach to care. She is committed to providing personalised and comprehensive treatment plans, with a special interest in neuroendocrine disorders, including pituitary and adrenal conditions, as well as lipid disorders. Dr Monjed believes in empowering her patients by actively involving them in the decision-making process regarding their health and wellbeing.

Dr Monjed received her medical degree from Umm Alqura University. She then pursued specialised training in both internal medicine and endocrinology in Canada. In recognition of her expertise and commitment to the field, she was awarded a fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Her professional background includes experience in academic and leadership roles, having previously served as an assistant professor at the College of Medicine at Umm Alqura University.
