Dr Abdullah Almassod

Dr Abdullah Almassod is a highly qualified Consultant Bariatric and Laparoscopic Surgeon based in Riyadh. With extensive experience in metabolic surgery and general surgical procedures, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term weight loss and improved health outcomes. Dr Almassod employs advanced minimally invasive techniques to ensure patient safety, reduced recovery times, and optimal aesthetic results.

He obtained his medical degree from King Saud University in 2004 before completing both the Saudi Board and the Arab Board in General Surgery in 2010. Following this, Dr Almassod pursued sub-specialty training in Canada, achieving a Fellowship in Bariatric and Laparoscopic Surgery from Laval University in 2012. He is an active contributor to his field, serving as a member and lecturer for the Saudi Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (SASMBS).
