Zankhana Mistry is a certified Psychologist, Holistic Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Tarot Card Reader at Essentia Wellbeing Center. She is driven by a fervent desire to empower individuals to unlock their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives. With expertise in various holistic modalities, she has developed a specialised "Transformation Program" that has received praise from numerous transformed clients. She is certified in Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy by EKAA and also serves as a faculty member, teaching up to Level 3 of the curriculum.

Drawing from her training in Regression therapy from the TASSO Institute of Holland, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Tarot card readings, Zankhana offers a holistic approach to therapy aimed at facilitating resolution and deep transformation. She also conducts Family Constellation therapy sessions and workshops designed to support clients on their healing journeys.
