Dr Zain is just wonderful! From the moment I met her, I felt so comfortable in her presence and very easy to open up. Dr Zain is an incredible professional who has an amazing way of making you feel safe and relaxed during her sessions. Elena has been my instructor for over 10 years. She understands my body and my personality and adapts the program to my needs and whatever i am going through. She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. I have benefited from her ongoing self development and continued mastery of Pilates practice and I trust her instruction.
