Dr Rania Elshaikh is a Specialist Dermatologist at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai with over a decade of experience offering a broad range of dermatological services. She completed her medical degree from Benha University, Egypt in 2008 and holds a Master's degree in Dermatology and Venereology from the same university.

Prior to joining Al Zahra Hospital, Dr Elshaikh practiced in Egypt, until moving to Dubai and practicing at Blue Velvet Medical Center. She then joined Medcare Medical Center - Al Khawaneej Branch until 2021. She began her current position at Al Zahra Hospital in 2022.

Dr Elshaikh provides a number of general and aesthetic dermatology services for both adults and children. The aesthetic services she offers include: Botox, filler injections, thread lift, chemical peel, mesotherapy and PRP treatment. She sees patients with various skin conditions, including: scars, acne, hyperhidrosis, viral warts, skin tags and skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis and and urticaria.

She is skilled in several dermatological techniques, such as biological therapy, skin tag removal, electrocautery, cryotherapy, light therapy and laser treatments.

Dr Elshaikh holds professional memberships with several organisations, including the Emirates Dermatology Society, American Academy of Dermatology, the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
