Dr Louise Montels is a podiatrist (foot specialist) practising at Novomed Centers in Dubai. She specialises in conditions of the foot and ankle and has extensive experience in the treatment of a wide range of conditions. She is able to provide treatment for ingrown toenails, thick nails, fungal infections, bunions, corns, and verrucae as well as novel wound care for diabetic foot ulcers such as negative pressure therapy and offloading therapy.

She also has expertise in sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, Sever's disease, and Achilles tendinitis. Dr Montels sees both adults and children and can treat conditions such as osteochondrosis, flat foot, bowleg, knock knee, intoeing, and outoeing. She is able to analyse test results in order to diagnose illness as well as provide posture, gait and running analysis. Dr Montels also offers custom-made insoles.

Dr Montels trained at Marseille Podiatry School and gained her BSc (Hons) in podiatry in 2016. She then spent time in further training including an internship at Marseille Hospital where she gained experience in various foot and lower limb treatments. Prior to joining Novomed, Dr Montels spent time in private podiatry clinics in France.
