My experience being a patient to Kirsten has been awesome. My first session with her was Summer 2022 a year after my surgery and I was really struggling to find somebody that would be able to help me with my uncomfortableness in my spine and the occasional pain. Over the last year and a half we’ve made so much progress with physiotherapy and I’ve never felt better. On top of that, Kirsten has also supported me with my knee, specifically my patella that was unstable from an incident a few years ago and through physio we have also increased the strength of the muscles around my knee which has made my knee feel a lot more stable and I no longer worry about issues with it anymore. Furthermore, Kirsten has always put the comfortableness of patients first during our sessions and ensure that we are comfortable when doing our exercises which I really appreciate while also monitoring our energy levels when we enter the class to ensure that we are able to put as much effort in to our exercises without exhausting ourselves which has made each class memorable which I really enjoy. Overall, it’s been an amazing journey and I really appreciate what Kirsten has done for me.
