Professor Dr Kauser Baig has over 35 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Throughout her career, she has practised as a Senior Consultant OBGYN in the UK and for the last 20 years, she has worked as the head of the department for the largest government hospital in the northern emirates (Al Qassimi Hospital) and most recently she has worked as the Head of the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the university hospital Sharjah. Dr Kauser has been a keen advocate of Medical Education and is a clinical professor at the Sharjah Medical University.

She obtained MRCOG and FRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) and FACOG Fellow of the American collage of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (USA). She is also a certified Colposcopist (BSCCP) from the UK.
