I know dr Francois when I had the hernia issue , and he suggest to me to do the surgery , in the beginning I was scared but after I was convinced to proceed and now it has been 6 months since the surgery and I had no problem . The options available to me were well defined with pros/cons highlighted, I really appreciated the professionalism of Dr Prunel during my experience where I never left pressured nor uncomfortable at each step of the operation. The post operation recovery follow ups and messages were very well managed where I felt that there was a follow up even after I left the hospital.
