Dr. Fadel graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor's degree before going on to obtain his Master's degree from the same institution. He later achieved his Ph.D. and MD from Ein Shams University in Cairo, giving him over 34 years of experience in neurosurgery and spinal surgery.

He has 25 years of experience in Rashid hospital and has also worked in other hospitals in Dubai. He has also worked for 8 years in Qassimi hospital as well as holding a position as a Clinical Lecturer at Sharjah University.

He has a longstanding interest in Minimally Invasive Spinal surgery and has undertaken training at renowned institutions such as Vienna University, Austria, and Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital, New Jersey. He also holds Certificates of Completion for Cervical Spine surgery from Barcelona University Spain and Microsurgery from Columbia University Medical Center, New York. In addition to this, he has presented numerous research papers at international conferences both within the UAE and internationally.
