Ms.Aakriti Mahindra is a highly qualified professional with a background in Clinical Psychology. Her expertise lies in the fields of Psychiatry and Psychology, where she specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. These conditions include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, behavioral problems, as well as more challenging issues like trauma, grief, and substance abuse.

In her practice, MS. Mahindra does various psychodiagnostic assessments for children such as ASD, ADHD along with psychoeducational assessment for learning disability, Gifted and talented. Along with conucting various assessments,  she uses a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs and concerns of her clients in her clinic.. These approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and emotion-focused therapy, among others. Her main goal as a Clinical Psychologist is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. She understands that life's challenges can impact mental well-being and hinder individuals from realising their full potential. Therefore, she uses evidence-based techniques and therapies to assist individuals in coping with their struggles and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Her educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Amity University in Noida, India. During her academic studies, she received training in various psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as in conducting psychological testing for areas such as intellect, learning disabilities, developmental issues, personality assessment, and neuropsychological evaluation. In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Mahindra is actively involved in research and has contributed to several publications in prestigious international journals.

Along with the assessments and therapies, she also conducts various school workshops/talks on mental health topics, and parent coffee mornings in the schools.
