وقت الانتظار طويل نصف ساعة خدمة العملاء سيئة حيث ان موظفة خدمة العملاء نسية اعطائي بطاقة الهوية وبعد ذهابي قامو بالاتصال بي ليخبروني بموضوع الهوية واخبرتهم باحضارها للسياره فرفضو ، خدمة سيئة جدا مع اني في كل مره اخبرهم اني لا اريد ان اترك الهوية معهم خوفا من نسينها او ضياعها وساقدم شكوى بموضوع الهوية حيث لا يمكن لاي احد ابقاء وثيقة رسمية لا تعود له معه
