I came across Plato while doing some Google seach for a clinic that is well known for chiropractic. Upon booking, I received excellent service from the administrative staff, particularly Lyka. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive to my inquiries. On the day of my appointment, I observed that Dr. Wim Kes, the chiropractic doctor, took ample time to ensure everything was fine with me. He works wonders and is knowledgeable enough to explain my situation thoroughly. Lyka also assisted me with my insurance paperwork requirements, which was greatly appreciated. The clinic is clean, and you can feel the positive vibes as soon as you enter. I love returning here for my lower back maintenance, as they prioritize the wellness of the patient over their pockets. Very good experience in this clinic. From booking my appointment to getting in the clinic was really fantastic experience. The receptionist who made my appointment was knowledgeable enough, she is the sweetest and knows what she is doing. She's an asset in this clinic. She told me about the Insurance and she helped me with it, at first I did not know that I am covered by my Insurance, thanks to her she's such a gem! Very professional and very welcoming!
