Our experience at Orchid was just no other. Prior to seeing Dr. Partha Das we have been speaking to several other doctors and he was the only doctor that has listened to our concerns and respected the fact that we were looking for support with getting pregnant in a natural matter. He is highly professional, always up to date with latest research in the industry and extremely supportive. His very positive character has encouraged us to not give up and carry on with treatments that we felt comfortable with. The Orchid team (MD to embryology to administration) is highly attentive and kind hearted which makes this journey a whole lot easier. With all my heart I am grateful how they supported us along the way and I will never forget this very positive experience.

Staff are friendly and always smile. The doctors are very accommodating to our queries.

Sometimes we are disappointed because the doctor is often not there. My husband and I are confused who is really catering us. Sometimes response time is slow.

Waiting time is quite annoying.
