From our very first visit to Milestones, we were met with warmth which put our minds at ease. At first, there was a communication issue but it has been escalated and resolved quickly. And in less than two months, we've seen our child make significant progress in behavior and motor skills. They take the time to get to know our child's unique needs, it also help us as parents understand how to support their growth outside of the center. This place is not just a therapy center; it's become a second home for our family.

Overall my experience with the clinic is very satisfying. All staffs are very friendly, polite and educated. They keep the area clean and organized. There is a free parking available which is so convenient. The most important thing is they listen to your concerns and suggestions and always try to support. Administration is very flexible and help with planning the time of the sessions according to our needs. I really hope that the service and the all things I mentioned above will remain same level or even improve more.

All staff members are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can see little changes in my daughter. Ms. Raaghat is working really good, also other ABA therapists are helping my daughter to improve. Hope to see my daughter perfect soon.
