I had some issues in the beginning but after speaking to the team about how l felt all was rectified in a quick and empathetic manner! l was refered to a dr who solved my dental problems! In the end l left with a beautiful smile! Thank you for taking your time out to hear me out, thank you for a great smile, and thank you the honesty.

I followed Dr Erum from her previous practice and it was a good choice. The employees are making a real effort to address the individual custoner which stands out in current consumerism cultures. Receptionists always smiling and welcoming customers with positive energy. I appreciate this a lot as a healthcare leader and empowerment coach working with leaders and teams in healthcare.
