From the time we entered the customer service was amazing. Everyone were helpful and greeted us upon entering the door.

We had an appointment with Dr. Gavin. (Pediatric Orthopedic). We were very happy and pleased to see Dr. Gavis and his physiotherapist assistant. They were very friendly and provided us with all the information and detailed diagnosis about my son’s case. I do highly recommend visiting Dr. Gavin at Burjeel Hospital Dubai as my son was very comfortable during the examination time and l felt the same.

Although there were a couple people who were insensitive about my injury, the majority of the people super caring and kind.
