This was my first time visiting Beaute concept and the whole experience was a 5/5. The technician Johansberg was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had about the laser hair removal process. For a new patient and someone to now to the whole process, she really made me feel at ease and assured me every step of the way that it will be worth it when I see the final result after 2 sessions.

Pauline was like an angel sent to us. She is kind and so patient with our children. So much engaged with all of them with their needs as required.
