I have experienced an unusual incident which led to my disappointment for my overall visit. I had an appointment to do the CT scan (with the needle) once they where done with the procedure but before taking out the needle the staff asked me to wear my clothes and go the reception to pay only after that they will allow me to remove the needle. I won't allow this situation to pass by because no human should be treated this way. I came in respectfully and gave you all my information ( name - number - ID - insurance…) it's not like I'm a thief and would run without paying. You should've handle the situation in a professional way example: make the payment before doing the CT scan (if you have experience something bad with any other customer, we(the rest) shouldn't be treated the same way it's not a solution to treat us all badly ) The overall experience was so poor it doesn't suit a medical center in UAE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Manal talked through in detail the treatment that I would be having and the benefits that it would have. Each product and tool was also shown to me through each step of the process. Then a lovely relaxing face massage. Aftercare was also explained to me as well. The full experience was a pleasure and I would go again and recommend.

Nice place & people... except for the lady insisting that I sit while I want to stand !
