Miss Reema’s weekly conversations lifted my spirit up, her methodologies and psychotherapy including using figures and case scenarios helped me deal with cultural challenges and overcoming my own fears, and regrets. Although my circumstances haven’t changes and what i face still exists but how I react, respond and view it changed completely. I am more present in the moment. I am not dependent completely on her conversations as she provides you with techniques that allows you to be independent in solving your daily challenges, yet her conversations always spark joy and happiness in my heart. After I leave her room, I become more composed, more focused, and most importantly relaxed. Without having a tag on my situation or disorders, or labelling things as black or white, I experience life as it comes, enjoying the ups and learning from the downs. I have been seeing Nour since the start of 2023 and have found her methods and therapy so helpful to my overall mental help. In particular issues with severe anxiety, stress and depression.

She was professional, neutral (not judgmental or inappropriate), understanding, respectful, quietly kind, gave me lots of space to talk about my issues, but also gave lots of helpful insights and guidance. It takes me a while to open up to new people, but it felt like a safe space where I could be open and honest and also supported.
