Everyone was very nice, caring, and accommodating. The hospital was also a state of the art same as the service - from nurses, physio, to the cleaners. Thank you all for putting up to all of my requests!

Well clinic is nice. My recommendation only in this clinic at least should check or submit first the pre approval from insurance either it is optional or not before they decline.

Nurse slammed Thermometer into my ear without asking, I happen to have a very painful right ear, she should check. Dr was very blasé about my condition, had barely a 10 second check on my throat & proclaimed it normal despite my hacking cough to almost vomiting stage! Dismissed my issue as being due to my Gurd Condition.
