Dr Verushka listens to her patients without rushing to conclusions, puts confidence in her patients that she will help with the situation and is always approachable and accessible if required. I travel from the other end of Dubai to meet her, that should say enough. In regard to Prime Pharmacy however, I am extremely disappointed. I saw Dr Verushka on 27 April and today (30 April) I am yet to receive my medication or have any update from them on the status of my meds. This is despite phone calls, messages and voice mails. Totally disappointing!!
